This stunning mandrill skull features copper runic symbols including the troll knot and a protection bind rune. The troll knot or troll cross was often made out of iron and worn to ward off malevolent magic in Sweden and Norway. Mandrills are large primates who are native to Africa and recognized by their colorful red and blue markings on their faces.
